Synonymous with adventure, every adventurer dream destination, Everest is the world highest peak standing 8848.86 meters high from sea level. The level of adventure and thrill provided by Mt. Everest is unmatched. South face of Everest, Nepal side of Everest is the most commonly used trail to summit. Experienced and well trained support climbers and staffs will be the key to success of the expedition. This expedition needs proper planning, physical and mental fitness, logistics, experienced and knowledgeable staffs to be successful. Safety should be main priority to complete the expedition. Prior experience and knowledge of mountaineering is must to do this expedition.

Mount Everest is well known all over the world. It is synonymous with adventure. It is the dream destination of any adventure lover in the world. Everest stands 8848 meters high from sea level and is the highest peak in the world. It was name after George Everest who led the survey team who surveyed the Everest for first time. They named it XV Peak in 1856 AD. It was later named after the leader surveyor himself.

This peak is located in mountain range that creates border between Nepal and China. It is located in Khumbu region of Nepal. The top of this mountain can be accessed through many routes. Although south face from Nepal is the most common route. There are number of climbers who climbed from Tibet side too and number of expeditions are organized every year form Tibet too.

Mt. Everest expedition is one of the most physically and mentally demanding activities. A proper physically fitness, good health and proper supporting staffs, trained and experienced climbing staffs are required for success and safety of clients. Previous climbing experience and knowledge about mountaineering is vital and compulsory for all the clients in the team.

As we push through high altitude, we will have to be physically capable and willing to push more. This expedition will test human limit. Proper acclimatization, proper guidance, high quality equipments, skilled support staffs, good and healthy food and supplementary are vital for success.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport and Transfer to Hotel (1400m).

Arrival in Kathmandu and pick up and transfer to hotel by office representative. Hang around Thamel on availability of time. Acquire and prepare necessary gear for the trip.

Day 02: Trip briefing, paper works and gear checking.

Preparation day for the trip. Legal Paper work, check all the gears and acquire insufficient essentials. Half day tour if time is available. Short briefing in evening with welcome dinner.

Day 03-13: Fly to Lukla / Trek to Everest Base Camp and peak climbing.

We take a fly to Lukla- a gateway to Everest. Then start our normal trekking route to reach Everest base Camp. The route itself is one of the finest trekking destination in whole world. It is cultural and natural hot spot for tourists.

Day 14-28: Establish camps and acclimatize.

Camp will be set up by the group of staffs who are sent in advance. Before beginning, the main expedition, its good idea to acclimatize body with climbing lower peak like Lobuche peak. It’s gives refreshments on skills and adjust our body for treacherous journey ahead. Small detours will be made for climbing the peak.

Day 29-36: Acclimatization period

Acclimatization is one of the vital part of any major expedition. Exploration and training will be key part of rest period and period may vary according to need of clients.

Day 37-52: Summit Climb Period.

There will be several ascend and descend to various camps before summit push in final. Base Camp of Everest is at elevation of 5200m, Camp 1 at 5900, Camp 2 at 6400m, Camp 3 at 7100m, South Col at 8000m and summit 8848.86 m.

Day 53: Clean up, depart Base Camp.

After completion of the expedition, personal gears and goods must be packed by clients and handed to staffs to be transported back. After bidding goodbye to staff, you will head back.

Day 54-57: Trek back to Lukla.

After leaving base camp, we will trace back the same route to Lukla as ascend to base camp.

Day 58: Lukla to Kathmandu

On arrival to Kathmandu, Sherpa Khangri representative will transfer you back to the Hotel. It will be free day. In evening, dinner with cultural dance will be arranged to celebrate the trip.

Day 60: Transfer to International Airport for final departure.

Journey with us end here. Office representative will take you to International airport for final departure as per schedule requirement.
